Hello,
We just purchased our new home as of Jan 31,2011(Closing date) and recorded same day afternoon.
I heard that property tax billing date is Feb. 1, 2001 and due by April 1st(??). However, we haven't received any tax invoice yet.
Is this because the closing date is only one day before or I should contact to county office?

It is always best to check with County office directly. You can simply check the information online with your property address. Just google "your county and tax collector" and find the county website.
