Some districts, including San Francisco and Oakland, will continue to offer free grab-and-go meals to all children 18 and younger. “While we would like to get our students and staff back into classrooms as soon as possible, we understand where we are at this moments,” said Alameda County Superintendent of Schools, L. Karen Monroe. “We continue to support our districts and the students and families they serve in every way possible to ensure they have critical learning opportunities and are equipped with the resources they need.”
