해외동포 8.15 구국선언

대한민국은 1948년8월15일, 5천년 역사 이래 처음으로 국민주권의 자유민주주의 체제로 수립되었으며, 북한의 김일성이 쏘련 스탈린 및 중공 모택동과의 공모 하에 일으킨 참혹한 한국전쟁(1950-1953)을 겪은 이래, 자유민주주의 가치를 공유하는 미국 및 일본과 각각 한미상호방위조약(1953)과 한일기본조약(1965)을 맺음으로서, 공산주의 침략으로부터 안보를 지키고  경제적으로 번영된 오늘에 이르렀다.

이 자랑스런 우리의 조국이, 소위 '촛불혁명'으로 정권을 탈취한 대통령 문재인(이하 "문재인" 또는 "문정권")이 취하고 있는 아래와 같은 반역적이며 시대역행적인 조치로 말미암아 망국의 위기에 처해 있는 바, 참으로 비분강개하지 않을 수 없다. 

이에 해외 각지에 거주하는 하기 애국동포지도자 일동은  제71주년 건국절을 맞는 오늘, 그의 조속한 퇴진만이 대한민국을 망국의 위기로부터 구할 수 있는 유일한 길임을 확신하며 그 실현을 위해 뜻을 같이 하는 모든 이들과 행동을 같이 할 것을 다짐하는 바이다.  

1. 문재인은, 

(1) 1948년 8월15일 대한민국 수립의 정통성을 부인하는 나머지 기념식은커녕 기념 발언조차 하지 않으며,

(2) 헌법에 명시된 국가의 이념적 정체성인 '자유민주주의'에서 '자유'를 삭제하려고 지속적으로 시도하고 있다.

2. 문재인은,

(1) 평화를 위한다는 구실로 일방적 무장해제나 다름없는 '남북군사합의'를 체결하고, 국회가 아닌 그의 친위 내각으로 하여금 불법적으로 셀프비준 하였는 바,

(2) 북한이 연거푸 대남 타격용 탄도미사일 시위를 하며 대통령인 자신을 "겁먹은 개"라고 조롱하는데도 아무 반박을 못하고 있다. 북한의 종복이 아니고서는 설명이 안 되는 일이다.   

3, 문재인은, 

(1) 혈맹인 미국이 구상하는 인도.태평양 전략에는 동참하지 않으면서, 중국에게는 중국몽의 공동운명체라며 한미일 안보협력에 참여하지 않겠다고 자진해서 약속을 하는가 하면,

 (2) 미국과 북한의 중재인 노릇을 한다면서 "김정은의 비핵화 의지가 확고하다"는 조작된 메시지를 유포함으로서 결과적으로 자국민은 물론 전 세계를 기만하고, 같은 거짓메시지를 가지고 유럽 지도자들을 만나 미국이 주도하는 유엔대북제재를 완화하라고 간청함으로서 미국과 유럽의 동맹을 이간하려고 까지 하였다.

4. 문제인은,

(1) 강제징용배상과 관련하여 1965년 일본과 맺은 국가 간의 약속을 깬데 이어, 한일 간 무역 마찰을 촉발한 수입 불화수소(HF)의 북한 밀반입 의혹에 대해선 해명을 하지 않고, 뜬금없이 시대역행적인 반일종족주의로 국민을 선동하고 있는 바,

(2) 이는 필시 국정실패에 대한 국민의 불만을 일본에 향하도록  하려는 꼼수인 한편, 궁극적으로는 한미일 3각 공조의 붕괴를 노리는 북한의 대남공작과 궤를 같이 하는 짓일 것이다.

5. 문정권은,

(1) 애당초 합법적으로 정권을 계승한 것이 아니라 스스로 인정하듯이 소위 '촛불세력'이라는 이름의 종북세력의 힘으로 탈취한 사실상 구테타정권으로서,

 (2) 국민의 공복인 국가공직자들을 그들의 명령을 받드는 도구로 만들었고, 법원을  혁명재판소로 만들어 '적폐청산'이라는 이름으로 사실상 '이념청소'를 자행하고 있다.  

이상 지적한 바와 같이, 문재인정권은 대내적으로 국민저항권(Right of Resistance) 행사의 대상이자 대외적으로 인정거부(Non-Recognition)의 대상임이 명백한 바, 국민과 국제사회에 다음과 같이 촉구한다:

- 국민들은 거국적으로 총 궐기하여 문정권의 즉각적인 퇴진을 요구하라

- 국제사회는 문정권에 대해 그 정통성 인정을 유보 또는 거부하라

- 국제사회는 대한민국과의 교류에 있어 무도한 정권과 선량한 국민을 구별하여 취급하라.

문재인퇴진을 촉구하는 해외애국동포지도자  일동

DECLARATION

The Republic of Korea (ROK), founded on August 15, 1948, as a free democracy for the first time in her five-thousand-year history, survived the cruel Korean War (1950-1953) conspired by Kim Il-sung of North Korea, Josef Stalin of the Soviet Union, and Mao Zedong of PRC. Henceforth, the ROK reinforced her defense from further communist invasion by way of Korea-US Mutual Defense Treaty (1953), followed by Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the ROK (1965), leading up to an economic miracle.

Proud of what our motherland has accomplished, we find ourselves in anguish because of the state of our motherland is in now. She is facing ruin because of the current administration led by Moon Jae-in, who has seized power by way of the so-called "candlelight revolution." His treasonous and regressive actions enumerated below are destroying the nation.

Therefore, we, fellow Korean patriots around the world, resolve that the only way to save the ROK is the immediate resignation of the Moon government; and vow to act in unison to carry out the resolution on this day of 71st anniversary of the National Foundation Day.

1. Moon Jae-in

(1) Refuses to recognize the legitimacy of the founding of the ROK on August 15, 1948, never holding a commemorative ceremony, nor even mentions it,

(2) Continues his attempt to omit the word "Free" from "Free Democracy" as delineated in the ROK Constitution.

2. Moon Jae-in,

(1) Under the pretext of peace, signed "South-North Military Agreement" (9/19/2018) which amounted to no more than voluntary disarmament and ratified the agreement by himself, bypassing the National Assembly altogether.

(2) Despite the series of missiles launched by North Korea targeting the ROK, even ridiculing him as a "scared dog," he is not able to respond. The only explanation is that he is a servant of North Korea.

3. Moon Jae-in,

(1) While refusing to participate in the Indo-Pacific Strategy planned by the US, our ally, he voluntarily promised China that he would not participate in the cooperative security net comprised of the US-Japan-ROK, citing that the ROK shared a common fate with China.

(2) Purported to play the role of a "broker" between the US and North Korea, falsely claiming that "Kim Jong-un was determined to denuclearize," effectively deceiving the people of South Korea as well as the world. He traveled throughout Europe seeking sanction relief on behalf of North Korea, claiming Kim Jong-un's will to denuclearize.

4. Moon Jae-in,

(1) Violated the 1965 treaty with Japan and intensified the anti-Japan sentiment among the population while avoiding to provide answers to the suspicions raised by Japan about supplying North Korea with the chemical, HF (hydrogen fluoride used in uranium enrichment process), which South Korea had imported from Japan.

(2) Thereby intends to divert the blame for his own economic failures toward Japan, and ultimately seeks to destroy the tri-lateral cooperative network among the US, ROK, and Japan in concert with North Korea's intent to do likewise.

5. The Moon administration,

(1) Having acquired its power via the "candlelight power" as they claim, is tantamount to a coup d'état regime initiated by the pro-North Korea power.

(2) Transformed the nation's administrative personnel into blind followers of their commands; turned the judiciary system into revolutionary courts to carry out ideological purge under the pretense, "clearing of long-existing power abuse."

As pointed out above, the Moon administration has positioned itself in such a way that the domestic population earned the Right of Resistance, while externally, a subject of Non-Recognition. Therefore, we urge the following:

· We ask the good people of Korea to rise together and request the immediate resignation of the Moon government.

· We ask the international community to deny recognition of the Moon government's legitimacy.

· We urge the international community to treat the good people of the ROK separate from the Moon government in time of any exchange.

"We cannot hand over the steering wheel to a crazy man."

"End Moon, we live; If not, we die."
